I have a new Adobe ID and installed a new version of ADE. ADE picks up an old emailadress I don't use anymore. I can't autorise my computer and my ereader because this. Who has a solution how to download a clean ADE without connection to an old ID?
I have the same question...I have re authorized my digital edition, reloaded it, called Adobe (because it is not a supported program they will not help). I have a Adobe Id, but Editions will not recognize it.
