Hi there,
We have a critical bug that was identified in 21.0.0.182.
We were provided a BETA version (21.0.0.191) and the issue was fixed.
We thought we were OK and just needed Adobe to release this fix to the public.
21.0.0.197 was released, however we have found that this version did not resolve the issues!
Why was it OK in 191, but not in 197?
I just downloaded the latest BETA which is 21.0.0.204, and the issues are fixed.
So what is different to v 191 and v 197?
And what is different to v 197 and v 204?
I hope we do not have to wait another two weeks to get this issue resolved and released to the public.
What happens if it gets released to the public again, but we find that the publicly available version hasn't addressed it, despite the BETA versions providing a positive result ??

Hi,
Can you please state what the issue was.
If it is fixed in 21.0.0.204 so it will be fixed in our next release.
Thanks

"Flash Player quits unexpectedly while accessing the slides in learning content (4128387)"
This was tested in 191 and confirmed fixed and working.
197 was released and it is not working.
We tested on 204 and it is confirmed working.
What happens if you release the next version and it is still not fixed?
Can you please see why 191 was working, but the current public release 197 is not?
We also cannot afford to wait another few weeks for 204 to be released to the public..which might not even fix the issue as we just experienced with 197!!

Hi,
The issue was fixed in 21.0.0.191, but we observed some impacts of it, so we had to remove the fix in 21.0.0.197.
We understand your concern, be assured that the fix will be shipped in upcoming release in 2nd week of April.
Thanks a lot for confirming that the issue is fixed in 21.0.0.204.
Thanks
