Authorization problem

Hi. Does anybody know what to do when you can't authorize your computer on digital editions because the authoriser can't connect to the internet? I guess it's a firewall problem but in order to create an exception i need to find a port number? Any clues?

Normal you can add Digital Edition as sure program. Then its should work.
