when I change to slcache to slcasheold and ststore to slstoreold I get the
error code 16. When I change them back to slcashe and slstore the error
code goes away. I then try to log in to lightroom and I get the circle
like its thinking for about 2 to 5 seconds then nothing.
Right Click on Lightroom Icon and Run as Administrator

When I do this, my computer pops up a box that says "Do you want to allow

I activated my subscription when I first downloaded the program. It worked
fine for the first 3 months, now it wont load at all. I have tried
everything I have been told to do and still can not get program to load.

I tried this and this did not help either. It says to restart lightroom
then hit ctrl and alt to reset pref. but lightroom does not restart or for
that matter does anything. I have been trying everything that I have been
told to do, but nothing is working. What I think I'm going to need is for
someone at adobe to remote into my computer and give it a try. This is

Did you get the dialog to reset the preferences and did you the hit to Reset Preferences? It is Shift + Alt, not Ctrl + Alt.
My mistake, I now tried shift and alt. A box popped up saying to reset
pref. I said yes and still nothing. I get the blue thinking circle then
it just stops.
