Error 49 when trying to update LR 6.2.1 (CC 2015)

Unimpressed at Adobe ; my LR 6.2.1 will not update on my Surface Pro 3 (Win 8.1) I get error code 49

Yes, I have turned off Firewall, Defender, in both modes...

I also followed the tips / rename 1,0 / delete temp folder (some files will not delete)

I need it for X-Pro 2 RAW reading

I think on my Desktop Win 7 64-bit it's all up-to-date as I can read Xpro-2 RAW fine
