Can anyone help me determine why when we import the project into Robohelp, in the body of the document, the Step Action will remove the bolding from the first step and indent that one further than the others.

If you are importing a word document this sounds like you have not setup your styles correctly.

Actually it is a Word document, and I have tried importing many different ways with different styles and space settings, yet it always does that and only with Step 1

There's no telling how much style formatting was done in the Word file (all of which Word seems to retain), thereby causing issues upon conversion into any other app, not just RH.

You might take a look at the underlying RH TrueCode; it'll be a revelation, I'd bet! If you can't figure out the problem that way, you might try attaching all the code for one small list (starting OL tag to ending OL tag), along with the style code from the CSS style sheet, using the Attach Code button below. Someone here should be able to spot something amiss.
