What is it for a mess here? No answers on the whole discussion board for error message E_ADEPT_DOCUMENT_OPEN_ERROR, no answers in a kind of help or FAQ, no answers from my library.

Can anybody describe me in VERY SIMPLE words what "E_ADEPT_DOCUMENT_OPEN_ERROR" means and what I can do? Or even better: A hint if there are other solutions or programmes which are outside the messy Adobe world?

Having the same problem, have deactivated and reactivated. Never had this error before I upgraded today. My current version is 4.5.139278

Very frustrating that there is no email support.
