Bev, there's absolutely no point in continually telling people to contact DPC support. As you know, they've already stated that once someone has migrated to Adobe they have irrevocably deleted their DPC account and no longer have any record of that person even being a customer. It needs Adobe to provide a link to the $9.99 offer. I appreciate Adobe doesn't want to do this as that offer is supposed to be exclusively for DPC customers but it is the right thing to do.
Happy to send through a request to DPC, but how is one meant to do this when Adobe have already deleted our account.
