J'utilise Windows10 et ADE 4.5.1

J'ai essayé de réinstaller plusieurs fois le logiciel, et il reconnait bien un ID. Pourtant je ne peux pas télécharger mes livres, ni même supprimer l'autorisation pour l'autoriser à nouveau. Entre temps j'ai déménagé de France Métropolitaine pour les Antilles, est-ce que ça peut être ça le problème. Nous sommes dans une zone "no-where" pour beaucoup d'application android. Même problème?

Windows:

    Close all applications.

    Choose Start > Run.

    In the Open text box, type regedit and then press Enter. The Registry Editor opens.

    In the left pane of the Registry Editor, locate the following registry key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Adept

    Select the Adept key.

    Choose File > Export.

    In the Export Registry File dialog box, select Selected Branch under Export Range. Enter a name and location for the backup registry key, and then click Save.

    Right-click the Adept key and choose Delete.

    In the Confirm Key Delete dialog, click OK.

    Close the Registry Editor.

    Open Adobe Digital Editions and reauthorize.

Macintosh:

    quit Adobe Digital Editions.

    Navigate to /Users//Library/Application Support/Adobe/Digital Editions and drag the activation.dat file to the trash.

    Open Adobe Digital Editions and reauthorize.

I have done that. But I don't know why, the software always has the same authorisation I can't suppressed. And I have delete the HKEY_CURRENT_USER......

I'm disapointed : the reward to download legaly? I've bought two books I can't read...

Digital Edition still authoirze also when you remove the key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Adept?

Yes… I’ve exported a copy as you have advice me, then removed it. And Digital Edition still authorize. I’ve verified, i’ve a copy on my desktop with an other name, and it’s remove in the file.

Its the Key are reach again when you restart the registry?

No. I've check again in all the registry. There is no key.

Then your should authorize Digital Edition again. Have you check if it works with a other user of the device?

Sorry, but I've not translate correctly "registry" (I understood "file" - sorry for my english)  When I open the software i've still a registry number linked to another email adress... Do you know how to supress totally ADE so that I can install it again? Is my autorisation number link to my ID? How is it link to my computer? I just want to restart everything to make them clear honestly.

To remove this form the System should remove the registry key. Has you try this?
