There are preference choices in PSE13 & PSE14 which have three possible settings
After installing PSE14 you must go to Expert mode and install the 14.1 update from the Help menu.
Then go to preferences. See my image. After you choose 200% you must click OK, close the editor and re-launch again for the settings to take effect.
Bob,thanks the toolbox now is to large half of the tool box is off the screen . Howdo I get the toolbox and Palette Bin to be normal size?

Change it back to 100% or reset the preferences.
