Hi,

We provide Kaspersky the Flash Player files to whitelist, as such Kaspersky antivirus should not be blocking Flash Player installation.

Please post a screenshot (see How to post a screenshot in the forum) of the error you are getting and we will follow up with Kaspersky.

If you're using a firewall, is it possible the firewall is blocking the installation?

You'll need to modify your personal preferences to stop receiving emails.  To modify the personal settings do the following:

  1. click on your avatar at the top-right of the page to display a menu
  2. From the menu click Preferences
  3. Modify the Email settings to your preferences
  4. When finished, scroll to the bottom and click Save

Hi,

I'll need to get some log files from you to troubleshoot further.  Please upload the two log files, Adobe_ADM.log and Adobe_GDE.log saved atC:\Users\<YourUserID>\AppData\Local\Temp\Adobe_ADMLogs, to cloud.acrobat.com using the How to share a document instructions.  Alternatively you can upload them to a file sharing service of your choice that doesn't require log in to access.  Post the link to the uploaded files in your reply.
