Dear reader, With apologies for my english. By mistake I removed the licenses crative cloud and Indesign. I can no longer download both programs and programs are not ready for download. How should I proceed? I have a Mac.

Hi,

Please follow the below mentioned steps to install Adobe Creative Cloud :

  1. Click on the Creative Cloud Download Link : https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
  2. Sign in with your registered email id / Adobe id
  3. Check Creativecloudinstaller.dmg (mac) / creativecloudinstaller.exe (windows) in your browser’s downloads.
  4. Open the Creativecloudinstaller.dmg (mac) / creativecloudinstaller.exe (windows)
  5. It will prompt the Creative Cloud Rectangular window once the installation is completed
  6. Sign in i

Hi,

Thanks for your response. Unfortunately it does not work.

When installing Creative Cloud I get the following message:

A. Initialize Installer;

b. Creative Cloud Desktop download. This is immediately aborted and nothing happens anymore.

When installing InDesign following notification:

Configuration error

Please unstall still occurs, please contact Adobe technical support for help, and mention the error code shown at the bottom of this screen

Error: 11

What can I do?
