i was on yahoo news and got adobe flash player needs to update it looked like the real one and it just starded to download to my save download file. I deleated it and when i looked at it's properties it was Acadia 8 and the company was GELonXusk. Was this Malware or a virus.

You'll want to ask in the Flash Player forum at Flash Player to be sure but I would assume it was, yes. Or at least malware or a bait and switch ad.

Hi,

Yes, unfortunately, it looks like you downloaded a malicious file posing as a Flash Player installer.   You were correct to delete the file before installing.  Legitimate Flash Player installers will be signed by Adobe Systems, not any other entity.
