This morning when I turned on my computer, Microsoft bypassed my security and attempted to install Windows 10 WITHOUT MY CONSENT. I immediately shut down creating a shut down error and I reset my computer.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

When I rest my computer I had to re-download Adobe Digital Editions. The books I bought were in there but when I tried to ope one of my books it said, "To start the authorization process with a vendor ID, click on the continue button." My vendor ID is supposed to be my email, and I put in what I thought was my password. I keep getting the message, "incorrect login or password for the selected ebook vendor"

Although I appreciate your attempt to communicate with me, and I am sure you are doing this on your own time; you need to brush up on your skills in English.syntax. I don't profess to be an expert at languages though it is obvious that English is not your first language. While I applaud your effort you still need practice. Thank you for taking the time to reply to me.
