I can't download any Adobe product and this is new

Same problem. I can't download any Adobe product and this is new. My internet is connected. cookies are disabled. Firewall set to let it through. I just says it can't reach the server. Where do I find the server? in my search for answers I read that it doesn't have a security certificate. I don't usually use certificates. Driving me crazy!
