deactivation frustrations

So .. here I am asking for an 'expert' to help me deactivate my flash builder premium serial so I can move it from an old (no longer available) machine to a new one.  I was chatting with an adobe representative through and he said I had to ask my question here which seems like complete BS as all the forum posts I read say to contact adobe for this.   What a major PITA for a completely dead product!!!  Anyway.. is there one of these 'experts' around that the adobe rep told me would be lurking around here?

I'm sure I could be asking for help in a much kinder way but I'm just frustrated that I can't even use a program that I paid for!

Stuck too. Says

- Deactivate (can't as PC lost, it's gone)

- Give new key (but I have this paid one)

This is frustrating situation. Can't see what to do. Can't call (or I can but product don't allow). Have now asked help here as told. Now hope that help hits me like magic stick.
