MasterData.xml

I created an HTML project. When our development team tries to integrate it with our portal, it is looking for the MasterData.xml. What is this file? Does Robohelp automatically create it? Is there something I am missing or a setting that I should have set for this file to generate? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
