HELP ME update .html for Quicktime 7 problem

    gator soup Level 4

As a webmaster, I have a lot of .html web pages that display "Missing Plug-in" on my embedded .mov movies -- and I need to learn how to fix the issue in the source code.

      For example, on lhis link:

      http://www.gballard.net/gary_stokes/#multimedia

      I get this error:

      OTmissing.jpg

I know the problem is related to Apple's dropping support for Quicktime 7 in Windows and recent OSes, and I know how to restore the plugin in Safari on a local machine.

      Further, I read:

If your web browser says that it's missing the QuickTime plug-in - Apple Support

      and its HTML/Elements/video on W3.org

What I need to know — with my extremely limited programming knowledge — are very simple, basic steps how to update my pages so my .mov movies play on .html pages, I'm using GoLive CS2...  thanks.
