Is there a problem running Adobe Presenter 11 and express on windows 10?

I can't get Adobe Presenter 11 and Adobe Presenter express 11 to run on Windows 10.

I keep getting the following message.

Do not count on Windows to be fully up to date when it comes to device drivers

The driver is up to date but I notice the message below in reference to compatiability.

I purchased this product for my Surface Pro 4 months ago, and I have never successfully been able to used presenter yet. A waste of money and adobe is not great on supporting this issue.
