    Pictures too big

I am getting an error message  that the pictures are too  big (Width and height).

I looked at previous forums. They say to compress the pictures through photoshop. I did and it worked.

      My questions are:
1)to what size should I compress to, or should I allow it to compress automatically to what the photoshop chooses?

My video is set to 1280 Horizontal to 720 Vertical.

      2) Is that pixels or inches etc.?

      3) Can I/ should I change that setting? My video will be over an hour

Everything in video is done in pixels (inches is for printing).

If you make your picture approx. 2000x1500 you will be ok.

If you dont do any panning/zooming you can crop them to 1280x720.

          3. which setting do you mean: project or still.

If its the project the answer is no.
