It depends on what the script is that is doing the validation.
If you could post the form and the validation script, someone will be able
to tell you.
Is it Javascript, ASP, PHP, etc....

Newsgroup_User Jun 16, 2008 5:35 AM (in response to dragsternj)Click in the text field, and then click on the blue SPRY tab that you see,
to select the SPRY part of the field. Note the INSTANCE number in the code
(it will say something like SpryTextField4). With that tab highlighted,
press DELETE.
Then at the bottom of the page, find the javascript line the defines that
SPRY validation step, and delete it.
