Quick story: Mom has a new computer with Windows 10, we downloaded ADE 3.0 for her to transfer library books to her Kobo. A week ago it was working fine. Now ADE won't open her books.
We went to the download file and tried to "open with...", but ADE wasn't in the list of available programs. We tried going through control panel to assign (associate?) ADE 3.0 with the .acsm file type and it didn't come up in the list of available apps.
Any thoughts? Do I need to reinstall the program?

It's been at least 2 weeks now that we're having problems with ADE 3.0 or 4.5, and Adobe is not helping us at all ! Also tried to contact Kobo but apparently not their problem !!! it will be when no one buy their e-book anymore because ADE is the only program that can be use on Kobo ! We are all very frustrated ! Welcome to the club !

OK, good to know.
Thing is I tested it on my system and it's fine. Books are downloading and opening. I'll keep searching.
