I was prompted to update Flash Player and, when I clicked to close the window and exit, something went wrong: the Adobe Flash Player Install Manager didn't quit completely, and I can't force quit it. It just remains there with a blurb saying "Application not responding". I had to force the PC to shut down by holding the power button.
Issue occurred on an iMac running OS X El Capitan 10.11.5.
