Support Tools Web App - BC App Store

Has anybody been able to get this app (Support Tools Web App - BC App Store) to work with their own domain?  So if a transcript gets sent it will come from your website and not @iobb.co      Support Tools App for Adobe Business Catalyst

I know the update needs to be made on the company settings tab ..  but I can't get it to work and their documentation on this is lacking.

If you have gotten this piece to work please let me know.  I have the chat piece working but not the domain piece.

In order to get the sending domain to by your own you must have a package that supports custom SMTP.  If you need more specific help please contact support@iobb.co
