Hello !
Everything was fine until version 19.0.0.185. After installing this version, the autoupdate don't work.
Nothing has changed in our infrastructure. We proceed like we do usually : deleting the content from pub\flashplayer\update\current\sau and putting the fp_background_update.cab content into. It was working well before.

The Logs in the screenshot do not have much information. None of the codes is representing an error.
Could you please add SilentAutoUpdateVerboseLogging=1 entry in the mms.cfg file, delete the FlashInstall.log file and retry. Please provide the FlashInstall.log file. You can upload the same, by going through the instructions provided How to share a document
Thanks!

i don't know why it occurs at 8h59 and not a 7h59. Nothing has changed on the server.
EDIT : I think I got something. It appears that the self signed certificate on IIS 6.1 has expired on november. I'll investigate on this.
Is there a way to disable SSL on the update ? We're running our own update server and only corporate computers are doing updates.
EDIT 2 : I've used SelfSSL to issue a new certificate (self signed too) but the problem is still here.

It seems since you have already tried performing an Update on the machine you are facing the issue as there are registry entries present which are not allowing update.
Could you delete the following entries and try once:
1. Go to run and type regedit. Traverse to path HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Macromedia\FlashPlayerSAU
2. Delete UpdateAttempts and LastUpdateCheck and modify the value for CheckFrequency to 0.
3. Then retry the process of updation.

Something is wrong with the SSL. The last thing is that the certificate is self-signed... as before it expires but it was fine.

The issue is with the certificate. Background Updates requires SSL regardless if it's hosted internally or not, due to security reasons (internal security breeches do happen).
