Unistalling Photoshop Elements on one computer and installing it on another (lost code)

I am moving everything from my old computer to my new computer.

Old computer: Asus with a disk slot (Windows 7)

New computer: HP without disk slot (Windows 8)

I got Photoshop Elements 8 with a Bamboo drawing tablet. It included an access code which I have lost. I still have the program on my old computer and I can't find a way to see the code, than deactivate it once it is written down. I have tried logging into my account on the actual program. I included a picture of what error pops up when I try that. I really want to move it over to my new computer so I would appreciate the help. If you know how to do it, please include detailed instructions or a video.
