I have flash enabled, and I have checked to make sure that the browser has it enabled numerous times, however when I go to any website that uses Flash, it tells me that I need to enable/upgrade my Flash. I went to adobe.com and checked the status of my Flash and it says that it is disabled, but I have it enabled in the web browser settings123456789.png

Since EDGE's Flash player is integrated into windows, lets go to Windows Updates, and see if there are any Windows updates that need to be installed?

If there are Install them please and try again

Edge continues to be a moving target, and our little test page keeps breaking.  It's operated by a different team, and I've got a bug open to get it fixed for the millionth time.

If you can go here and see animation, Flash is running:

http://www.homestarrunner.com/

If that's not working for you, check out my advice below:

First, confirm that ActiveX Filtering is configured to allow Flash content:

Internet Explorer 11 and Edge introduce a number of changes both to how the browser identifies itself to remote web servers, and to how it processes JavaScript intended to target behaviors specific to Internet Explorer. Unfortunately, this means that content on some sites will be broken until the content provider changes their site to conform to the new development approach required by modern versions of IE.

You can try to work around these issues by using Compatibility View:

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/internet-explorer/use-compatibility-view#ie=ie-11

If that is too inconvenient, using Google Chrome may be a preferable alternative.

If the Windows account you're using is a standard user (as opposed to an Administrator) this may be an artifact of the upgrade.

Doing a non-destructive Refresh of the operating system from an Administrator account fixes this problem for most people.
