I own the CS6 Creative Suite. I recently needed to replace my old MacBook Pro 2009 computer with the newest MacBook Pro. I am needing to move Photoshop (and all other applications) from the old computer to the new one. I have tried accessing it from an external hard-drive but this isn't working. I do not know where the original CD's are for download and this computer doesn't have a disc drive (I don't own an external one).

The error I keep receiving when trying to open the program from my external hard drive is as follows:

Please uninstall and reinstall the product.

If this problem still occurs, please contact Adobe technical support for help, and mention the error code shown at the bottom of this screen.

Error: 16

Note: I bought my programs directly through Adobe, so I do have serial numbers and dates of purchase. I do not have the creative cloud.
