Problem with installation Windows XP

I cannot install Flash Player in my Windows XP. When it reaches 55%, it fails to install.

I've already tried:

• Closing all the browsers during istallation
• Choosing the correct operational system when downloading the file
• Deactivating antivirus program during installation

I believe the problem is related with my processor, quite old and slow. There are the specs:

Processor: Mobile AMD Sempron 1.79 GHz

RAM: 1,12 GB

Free space in HD: 33,7 GB

Hi,

Can you please provide the two log files in the C:\Users\YourUserID\Local\Temp\Adobe_ADMLogs directory (since this is a Windows XP machine, the user's directory is in the 'Documents and Settings' directory.)  These will help us troubleshoot why the error is occurring. Upload the files to cloud.acrobat.com/send using the instructions at How to share a document. 

The offline installer is available at the bottom of the Installation problems | Flash Player | Windows page in the 'Still having problems' section. You can use the same for and share the link of the files uploaded here.

The offline installer definetly solved the problem. However, if you still want the logs, there you are: Arquivos compartilhados - Acrobat.com
