Library books are fulfilling but not appearing in ADE - any suggestions?

Thanks for trying, Mod, although it doesn't seem to have helped yet! 

Have now tried a variety of suggestions from around the forums.

If I uninstall and reinstall i can get the books to fulfil and appear in ADE but it completely freezes it. I then have to close it with Task Manager. When I reopen it, it's back to saying the books are being fulfilled but nothing appears.

I have tried every variation with authorisation and with the order in which I do things that I can possibly think of.

The first two books downloaded without issue.

Try this. Closed Digital Edition.
Go to the My Digital Edition under your Documents. Rename it to My Digital Edition. old

After this start digital Edition again.
