Flash not installing because internet connection error.

I have firefox 47.0

I wanna install flash on my Win XP SP2 computer.Newest version of Flash player(22)

When I try to open the installer (the .exe file)I select allow installing updates automatically,and start the install process.

Then the installer stops at 0% saying "Connection Error"  unless i have a very good wireless connection.

Can someone help me please?
