Business Catalyst website inventory page shows blank white screen, help needed.

Our website has an issue.  we are using business catalyst and using the inventory feature as a catalog.  but on our website when you click the inventory link it shows up as a blank white screen. HOME click inventory.  The company we had that set this up is not able to help us.

The link Inventory link in the top navigation is pointing to http://inventory.blackhorsegarage.com/web/inventory but I suspect it should be pointing to http://www.blackhorsegarage.com/inventory.html

Thank you for that.  It's helpful.  the only issue here is there is nowhere in the dashboard to change this menu.  when I go into the business catalyst dashboard and click on site manager then menu and open the main menu, the links are not what shows in the site.  I cannot find where to change this menu item anywhere.  can you help with that?

I got it all set.  the menu was hard coded and I was able to get in with SFTP.
