You get the error that fulfilled by another User when the eBook are linked with a other Adobe ID.

Often its happens when you open/download a eBook before you authorize Digital Edition. Then

authorize and can the eBook no longer read.

I tried another ebook and I still get the same message, even tried uninstalling and reinstalling a different version.  Still getting the same error.

I have a new computer with Windows 10.  I have had ADE for several years with no issues.  Now I have installed ADE and it won't let me sign in.  I've unauthorized as the chat agent told me but I still get the error message "Incorrect login ID or password for the selected ebook vendor.  Please try again.  Just prior to this error message, I received another one "Activation server error code: E_AUTH_NOT_READY". Chat agent says they don't provide technical support for this.  How am I supposed to download my ebooks from the library?  When I try to "create an ADE ID", the system tells me that I already have one - which I know, DUH!
