I'll be honest: it is a very low likelihood that we would implement support for Chromecast natively within After Effects. A lot of people will need to request such functionality to prove that such work is more important than other improvements that we spend our time on.
However, I imagine that an enterprising person could write a Mercury Transmit plug-in for Premiere Pro and After Effects which sends the frames to Chromecast.

I can also imagine that someone could write a monitor driver that sends the monitor to Chromecast, and that monitor could therefore appear in the list of Mercury Transmit monitors, the same as a physical monitor. (I searched for such a driver but it doesn't look like anyone has written one yet.)
