Publish problem SWF result in blank page

Hi,

I have pptx presentations that result in a blank page when publish in SWF and HTML5.

But, if I publish it in PDF, it works fine.

I have to publish it in SWF...

Can someone help me ?

I just want to add that when I open the index.htm file, I get a blank page !

but

If I open the viewer.swf file the presentation open....

Hi Jerome,

I would suggest you to publish your project in both SWF and HTML5 formats.

After publishing, please zip your project's output folder and share with me using drop box or google drive?

Also kindly provide below details:

• Presenter Version in use
• PowerPoint version in use
• OS details
• Browser in use

I found something !!!!!!!!!

The title of my presentation was

Cours 2  : Communication prélinguistique (0-9 mois) "Partie 1 de 2"

I change it to:

Cours 2  : Communication prélinguistique (0-9 mois) Partie 1 de 2

Without the " "

and now it works fine !!!!

I have the same problem - publish to SWF format, but it will not play; just a blank screen in Chrome.

I have: Adobe Presenter 11, PowerPoint 13, and I'm using Chrome Version 60.0.3112.113 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Look if you have some special caracters in the title of the presentation...
