Not able to find a file on Bookshelves

Hi all,

I downloaded a book on my desktop in my user name.  However, when I go on my laptop to access it on digital editions, it does not appear.  Both are checked to automatically sync all books.  Additionally, I am logged on via the same username for both.  I would really appreciate some insight into this.

At moment the syncro-function are not work with other all file formats. For me for example are work only syncro of ePub from mobile Digital edition to digital on my windows. Better you download the eBook to all devices manuelly.
