Device not shown

I have Adobe Digital Editions on my computer and have downloaded a book to the library.  I plugged my Kobo H20 in and my computer recognizes it but it does not appear under devices.  How do I fix this?

If Digital Edition it not show you can only try to move the file over the filesystem.
