We installed Presenter 7 and tried to import mp3 audio files
created in Natural Reader v 6.6. Files recorded on 'low' quality
audio imported fine, but files recorded on 'normal' quality audio
did not import and the message from Presenter said the files were
corrupt or file type not recognized. Yet we could launch the mp3
files from Windows Explorer and they played fine. Has anyone else
encountered similar issues?
Although, I haven't faced this kind of issue but a weird
workaround can be to convert your mp3 file into wav and then import
into Presenter. Presenter would publish mp3 according to the
quality settings chosen, so the publish size won't change by
much.
