1. Re: Previous page button working as next page button
BarbBinder Aug 28, 2016 4:23 PM (in response to graphias)Does the Previous Page button need to appear on all of the body pages, except page one?
How about cutting a working button and pasting it on the master page, so that it appears automatically on the body pages? Then you can Control Alt click (Mac: Cmd Opt Click) on the button on the first page and delete it.

2. Re: Previous page button working as next page button
graphias Aug 29, 2016 2:34 AM (in response to BarbBinder)Yes. All pages except one.
6th and 7th Page will have only previous page button.
I will try what you have suggested and will let you know if that works. However, I am still perplexed why would such a issue occur.

3. Re: Previous page button working as next page button
graphias Aug 29, 2016 2:41 AM (in response to BarbBinder)I changed the position of the Previous Page button and it works fine now. However, I need to place the Previous Page on the dotted rectangle space. The dotted rectangle space already has an instance of Next button, which for some reason I am not able to select or delete. I even attempted to check it from Layers Box and I still couldn't find any instance. Anything that I am missing?
I am fairly new to InDesign, so its possible that I am asking something very obvious. -

graphias Aug 29, 2016 3:05 AM (in response to graphias)I resolved the issue by Overriding all Master Page items for Page 6 and Page 7.
