[expletive deleted] everything about drm and adobe. I just bought a book for ten bucks at an online retailer. i imported the book anonymously into ADE and i could read it fine. This meant i did not enter an adobe account. Then i tried to authorize my computer with a real account and the book disappeared. Now it is lost in the ether and I can't get it back. I tried support live chat twice and both times they didnt understand basic english and didnt respond very fast and then just disconnected me.
