Assuming you want to create a pdf on your Android devices .To create a pdf , tap Adobe Acrobat icon on the screen>tap Home icon on the main screen>Create PDF>Under select a file to convert to PDF, tap + icon>select the file which you want to convert to pdf>Convert .
While converting , make sure you are connected to the Internet.

I sent you a screen shot about my problem. When I referee to a missing
screenshots it was because your first email said to look at screenshots you
had sent me. But there weren't any.
Any way this isn't about screenshots it's about creating pdf's
Could you please tell what options you are getting when you are opening the app?

I have decided to no longer continue with Adobe.
It may not be their fault but some where between paying for the subscription through Google playstore and the app, errors are being made and neither party seems interested. Google are blaming adobe and adobe just want screen shots.
I'm not sending any more screen shots. Adobe have had screen shots of everything. I've had a refund from Google and will leave it there.
