I was searching for a new font in typekit and all of a sudden it unsynced all of my fonts and removed them from my typekit font list. Now I don't even know which ones I have and which I don't and it says I now need to upgrade to use a font I've been using for the last 5 months.
Can someone please explain why I would need to upgrade to access fonts I've been using since I purchased my annual CC membership?
We'll need to look at your Typekit account to see what's going on. Please email us directly at email@example.com and include your Adobe ID/email address and a screenshot from your Creative Cloud app of the Assets > Fonts tab.
