Unable to open .ACSM file

I am new to ADE. Installed it and authorized with my adobe ID. I was trying to open an .ACSM file but getting the error message as shown in the Image below. Can someone help me out?

Check Time, Date and Timezone of your Device. If everything is set correctly for you is one of them adjusted for the book in the download servers. In this case should try to download new if also not work again then should contact the reseller of the eBook to check the download server settings.
