The update to Adobe Photoshop Sketch this week seems to have broken the ability to have transparent backgrounds. Pictures that I created in the previous version of the app can still be imported into Adobe Comp with the parts of the image that I have not drawn on transparent. All images I've created in Adobe Photoshop Sketch after the update come in to Adobe Comp with an off-white background colour and no transparency.
Is there a way to change this? Is anyone else experiencing it?
Hope that helps!
I used to think that Sketch, like Draw, could have a transparent background depending on how it was saved, but a couple of weeks ago I learned that it's not possible to save Sketch files with a transparent background... unless it's brought into Photoshop CC.
You mentioned that you've saved Sketch files with transparent backgrounds and brought them into Comp. Had you first brought them into Photoshop CC? I ask because I'm fairly certain that nothing changed with regard to the background color or type in this release.
Let me know. I'm really interested in what your experience has been.
