Adobe ID identification problem - can't read my ebook

Sometimes, I can open an ebook on my Kobo Glo ereader, but often times I get the follwoing message and can't open up the ebook:

oops! This document couldn't be opened This
is a document protected by Adobe Digital Rights Management (DRM) and is not
currently authorized for use with your Adobe ID. Please sign-in again with the
authorized Adobe ID.

Now I tried, unauthorizing my computer and then authorizing it. but when I download a book, I still can't read it. Can somebody please help me?

Thanks Nanaky. It really helped. I clicked on the link below to mark your answer as correct but I could not find the Correct button to click on.

It says it is under the answer, but all I have is the Actions button. Can you please help me out, I new to this Forum thing?

Normal you should found it under actions.
