Flash player plugin version 23.0.0.162 fails to download on older version of Chromium based browser

Windows XP, using Chromium based SR Ware Iron version 49.0.2600.0 (as it is the latest available for Windows XP). Upon updating flash player PPAPI to version 23.0.0.162 found out that the plugin was successfully installed but failed to get downloaded when required by a webpage.

 

Had to downgrade to version 22 which works fine

Yeah, thank you, it IS the same problem it appears. I just failed to zero down on it.
