Adobe photoshop didn't transfer to the new computer

i WANT TO DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL PHOTOSHOP - IT DID NOT TRANSFER TO THE NEW COMPUTER DESPITE THE ADOBE SUPERVISOR TELLING ME IT DID. I GOT A "TRIAL VERSION" AND THAT EXPIRED. i HAVE THE SERIAL NUMBER, THE ORDER NUMBER, EVERYTHING.

Adobe programs do not transfer from one computer to another, you must do a fresh install

You install programs exactly the same way you did the 1st time... put your disc in the drive and enter your serial number when asked
