I **think** that is intended to run as a Flash file in a
standard web
browser, running full-screen at 800*600 resolution. 790*555
would allow room
on screen for the standard browser menus etc (generally
referred to as
"chrome") and the Flash (Captivate) file to be on screen at
the same time
without any scroll bars showing.
As for what size you should use - what screen size are your
users typically
using? If every screen in your company is set to 1024*768 or
higher, then
you can bump up the size of your Captivate project - say to
something like
1000*700 (too lazy to count) - and have more screen real
estate to present
your content.
