Frustrated 1 day after purchasing the product

I purchased the PDF Pack specifically to convert PDF files to word, excel etc. When I hit convert it sends me to the purchase site. When I follow the purchase process it tells me I am already registered. I'm very frustrated. I followed all the rules and there doesn't appear to be any help from Adobe.
