PSE 15 seems to download okay but when I try to install it says "Installer failed to initialize. This could be due to a missing file. Please download Adobe Support Advisor to detect the problem".
Then it says the Support Advisor is discontinued.
If no one can help me, I think I'll ask for my money back.

Since you are not able to install your newly purchased Photoshop Elements 15 as it throws an error "installer failed to initialize" i would recommend you to refer to the below links for help:
